When you create an event, you have the option to automatically send a promotional email to your intended audience. This could be all your members, members of a specific company or smart group, or even just to your fellow admins.
You and your administrators can create unlimited online or offline events. You can set a date & time, location, online meeting link, map, agendas, speaker notes and more.
As the organiser of an event, it's very important that you can report on your attendees. The admin dashboard has a dynamic chart to show the current level of interest and a report that can be downloaded as a CSV file. What's more, you can choose to manually confirm which members actually attended their confirmed events.
It's important that you retain control over what is posted in your Forum. Other members also have the ability to 'flag to admin' any message they deem inappropriate. You or your admin team can then remove the post if necessary. Members are alerted to new topics and replies to their own contributions.
Memba includes a Forum module that allows you to set up various discussion topics for your members to engage in. You can have as many topics as you like and full control over the forum posts and who can contribute to the discussions.
Many membership organisations like to create segments of their members around specific interests. The Memba Smart Group feature does just that. You can create a smart group and members can join from their dashboard or by invitation. Once in the group, the members have a defined space for their own events, news or discussions.
